YES! All of them are Vegan and all of them are Gluten-Free and all of them are Soy-Free… together, at the same time!

Is your palm oil ethically sourced?
YES! We use palm shortening that is 100% certified and sustainably sourced!
Is oatmeal (oats) gluten-free?
Yes, in and of itself oats are Gluten-Free, but many are cross contaminated in processing facilities that have gluten. However, ALL of the oats we use in our products are processed in a Certified Gluten-Free Facility.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies are BIG! Up to 4.5 inches in diameter to be exact. 1 cookie can be split between 2 or 3 people!
Are there special storage instructions for my cookies?
Yes. Since our cookies are Vegan and Gluten-Free with no preservatives and no chemicals, we recommend freezing them for storage and thawing as you wish to eat them. We also provide these instructions for you in your order as well. :)
How soon will my cookies arrive after I place an order?
We usually fulfill your order in 1 business day and ship them in Priority Mail at an incredible rate. Single and Double Packs ship at $2.50 per box and the Box of 6 ship at only $4.50 per box. We do this to guarantees your cookies arrive within 2 to 3 days after fulfillment so they stay fresh. If you order now, you could have them as early as the day after tomorrow.
Why do you ship using Priority Mail?
Because our cookies are all-natural, one of our biggest priorities is getting them to you as soon as possible so you can store them correctly. Priority mail will get them to your front door in 2 to 3 days. :)
What if I’m unsatisfied with my order?
We guarantee freshness and deliciousness for all of our cookies. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order in any way, drop us a line at hello@pnwcookies.com and we’ll refund your order and make it right.
